About Me
When I became a dog trainer over eight years ago, my father said to me, "You were always an animal lover. This job is perfect for you." Since then it has become my passion to educate people and train them to better communicate with their pet(s). Building relationships with people and their dogs is a real joy for me, and I am able to use the gifts and talents heaven blessed me with.
My dog training experience began in 2012 as an employee at PetSmart in Delavan, and I have been learning and growing ever since. If you would have asked me fifteen, ten, or even five years ago what I would be doing now, I never would have guessed dog training. What better way to make a genuine difference in this world serving and encouraging people...
Too many (well meaning) people are ignorant or simply misinformed when it comes to communicating with and training their dog(s). I consider myself a dog advocate of sorts, and I am truly humbled to be a part of improving and saving lives. This is the door God opened for me, I went through it, and I am happier than ever.
There is a special place in my heart for the shelter rescue dogs as well. Both my Kaiah and Oliver are rescues and wonderful additions to our family. They often accompany me on home visits and are great assistants. Sometimes you just need another dog to communicate with your dog - they understand one another.
Throw Me a Bone, LLC is founded upon the Christian principles of honesty, excellence, commitment, diligence and kindness.
